<p><strong>Comentaris</strong>:<br />
El Vinnari d&#8217;Igualada ofereix un ambient càlid i intimista a la llum de les espelmes. A l&#8217;estiu podem optar per sopar a la Plaça de l&#8217;Ajuntament sota les arcades o a l&#8217;interior, escoltant música Chill Out molt ben seleccionada. Els seus plats són de fàcil preparació però amb un toc de distinció i una presentació exquisides. Es pot escollir des d&#8217;amanides i carpaccios, fins a patés, ibèrics i formatges o tires calentes. La seva carta de plats només es veu superada per la seva extensa carta de vins i caves, on predominen els productes catalans perfectament combinats amb una molt bona selecció de productes espanyols i internacionals.</p>
<p>Us podem recomanar l&#8217;amanida tèbia de formatge, qualsevol dels seus patés i les tires de pernil ibèric d&#8217;aglà i de tres formatges. El vi el deixem a la vostra elecció però podreu demanar una ampolla o veure&#8217;l a copes. Per postres us recomanem qualsevol dels seus coulants, en especial el coulant de torró de Xixona.</p>
<p>Ens ha agradat: L&#8217;ambient, la presentació dels plats i el fet de trobar una ampolla de vi sobre la taula (recomanació del més) amb una targeta que explicava les seves característiques (per 1 € més et podies endur una segona ampolla del vi recomanat). D&#8217;altra banda també ens agradaria destacar el fet que podies emportar-te l&#8217;ampolla de vi si no l&#8217;acabaves.</p>
<p>No ens ha agradat: Potser per l&#8217;afluència de gent, el servei va ser més lent del desitjable, tot i que ens consta que normalment és ràpid i eficient.</p>

<h4>Ingredients per la Crema de Carbassa</h4>
<ul>
<li>Carbasa</li>
<li>1 o 2 patates</li>
<li>Aigua</li>
<li>1/2 pastilla de caldo vegetal</li>
<li>1 cullerada d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva</li>
<li>Sal</li>
<li>Pebre (opcional)</li>
<li>Pernil salat tallat en tiretes</li>
</ul>
<h4>Preparació</h4>
<ol>
<li>Pelar la carbassa i tallar-la en parts mitjanes</li>
<li>Pelar i tallar les patates</li>
<li>Posar a bullir en l&#8217;aigua on ja haguem dissolt la pastilla de caldo vegetal (si no en teniu, també pot ser de pollastre)</li>
<li>Afegir la cullerada d&#8217;oli, i deixar bullir fins que la carbassa i la patata estiguin ben toves</li>
<li>Escórre-ho tot sense llençar tota l&#8217;aigua on hem bullit les hortalisses (després la podem aprofitar per ajustar l&#8217;espessor de la crema al nostre gust)</li>
<li>Batre-ho amb una batidora fins que tingui la textura de crema (podem anar posant aigua o crema de llet per fer-la menys espessa) i afegir la sal</li>
<li>En el moment de servir, afegir el pebre i els talls de pernil salat</li>

Obres de Eduardo Chillida, José María Subirachs, Víctor Mira i molts altres adornen el patrimoni d&#8217;aquesta bodega que s&#8217;allunya de les bodegues tradicionals per donar un aire modern, espaiós i molt lluminós. Rodejada de vinyes fabrica 3,5 milions d&#8217;ampolles de vi cada any i acumula nombrosos premis nacionals i internacionals per la qualitat del seu vi.</p>
<p>Els vins d&#8217;Enate de nombroses varietats, Merlot, Tempranillo, Shiraz, etc. maduren com autentiques obres d&#8217;art per tant no es d&#8217;estranyar que els seus vins siguin considerats els millors d&#8217;Espanya. El màxim exponent de la bodega és el Chardonnay Enate Uno, a la venta per uns 300 euros, que només s&#8217;elabora en unes anyades molt determinades per la qualitat que se li exigeix. La bodega combina la producció de vi amb la funció de museu i a la vegada ofereix cel·les de lloguer amb capacitat per unes 700 ampolles cada una perquè els seus clients i emmagatzemin les seves ampolles. La bodega Enate és un referent de visita obligada pels amants del vi, però també per aquells amants d&#8217;una manera exquisida de treballar i està oberta al públic de Dilluns a Divendres (10:30 h., 11:30 h. i 16:30 h.) i els Dissabtes (10 h. i 12 h.) per 3 euros (+34 974 302 580).</p>

<h4>Ingredients per al Pastís de Carbassa i canyella</h4>
<ul>
<li>150 grams de carbassa</li>
<li>4 ous</li>
<li>150 grams de sucre</li>
<li>150 grams de farina</li>
<li>75 grams d&#8217;oli de girasol</li>
<li>sal</li>
<li>1 cullerada petita de llevat químic</li>
<li>1 cullerada petita de canyella en pols</li>
<li>opcional: 50 grams de nous</li>
</ul>
<h4>Preparació</h4>
<ol>
<li>Preescalfar el forn a 160º</li>
<li>Pelar i ratllar la carbassa.</li>
<li>Batre els ous i el sucre fins a aconseguir una massa esponjosa.</li>
<li>Per aquest ordre, afegir la carbassa, l&#8217;oli, la farina passada pel sedàs amb el llevat, la sal, la canyella i les nous si hem escollit aquesta opció.</li>
<li>Posar la barreja en un motllo i fer durant 1 hora al forn.</li>
<li>Podeu acompanyar el pastís de moltes maneres: amb alguna salsa de taronja, de fruits vermells.. o bé espolvorejar xocolata en pols com hem fet nosaltres.</li>

Un japonés de tapes realment interessant i poc habitual. L&#8217;ambient és modern i tranquil, just a sota de l&#8217;altre restaurant del grup Tragaluz, el <a href="http://www.negrodeltragaluz.com/negro/cat/index.html">Negro</a>. No podríem triat només dos o tres plats del Rojo Restaurant però podem dir que val la pena tastar els makis de foie, l&#8217;uramaki de fruites o el tempura de verdures i llagostins.</p>

<h4>Ingredients per 14 empanadilles de poma i canyella</h4>
<ul>
<li>2 pomes Reineta (o Golden)</li>
<li>2 o 3 cullerades de sucre morè</li>
<li>Mig got d&#8217;aigua</li>
<li>14 hòsties per a empanadilles (<em>Obleas</em>, per exemple La Cocinera)</li>
<li>Canyella en pols</li>
</ul>
<h4>Preparació de les empanadilles</h4>
<ol>
<li>Preescalfar el forn a 200º</li>
<li>Pelar les pomes i tallar-les en dauets petits, d&#8217;un centímetre més o menys.</li>
<li>En una cassola a foc molt suau, incorporar l&#8217;aigua, el sucre, i els dauets de poma. Passats 5 minuts afegim també la canyella (al gust, però tenint en compte que amb una miqueta ja dóna sabor!) Deixar coure a foc lent i anar remenant, hem de veure que els daus ja estiguin fets.</li>
<li>Un cop tenim la poma, anem farcint les hòsties omplint només una de les meitats (i deixant lliures les vores per a poder tancar-les!). Cal apretar bé les vores per evitar que les empanadilles s&#8217;obrin quan ja estiguin al forn.</li>
<li>Coure al forn durant uns 20-25 minuts, fins que estiguin daurades.</li>

<h4>Mostra de la Xocolata i el Cacau de Barcelona</h4>
<p>Com a bons seguidors de la xocolata que som&#8230; ahir vem apropar-nos a la <a href="http://www.mostraxocolata.cat/">Mostra de la Xocolata i el Cacau</a>, organitzada pel Gremi de Pastissers de Barcelona que es celebra fins aquest diumenge dia 9 a l&#8217;Arc de Triomf. Dins una carpa de més de 4.000 metres quadrats podrem veure i degustar les últimes tendències en el món xocolater i veure els espectacles que cada dia han programat. Pels més menuts s&#8217;ha habilitat una zona on poden jugar amb una única condició, els jocs han de tenir com a principal ingredient la xocolata, i pels més erudits la zona de l&#8217;obrador els permet conversar i veure com treballen els experts pastissers.</p>
<p>Allà vàrem poder veure algunes de les novetats del sector xocolater i les darreres tendències del mercat, així com també alguns clàssics. Vàrem sortir molt contents (sobre tot després d&#8217;algun tast de xocolata i una bona crêpe!), però creiem que la nota negativa d&#8217;aquesta <strong>Mostra de la Xocolata i el Cacau</strong> és el preu (8€ ens sembla un preu excessiu!).</p>

<h4>Ingredients</h4>
<ul>
<li>2 terrines de Philadelphia de 200 grams</li>
<li>4 ous</li>
<li>3 iogurts naturals</li>
<li>6 cullerades soperes de sucre</li>
<li>3 cullerades soperes de Maizena</li>
<li>Pepites de xocolata</li>
</ul>
<h4>Preparació</h4>
<ol>
<li>Preescalfar el forn a 200º</li>
<li>Barrejar en un bol la philadelphia o similar, els iogurs, els ous, el sucre i la maizera, fins a conseguir una massa homogènia i sense grumolls.</li>
<li>Afegir les pepites de xocolata i remenar, si volem que quedin enmig del pastís. Si preferim que quedin a la part superior, les afegirem un cop haguem posat la massa al motllo.</li>
<li>Coure al forn aproximadament 1 hora a 200º.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h4>Ingredients de l&#8217;amanida de cargols (pasta) per 4 persones</h4>
<ul>
<li>250 gr. de cargols (pasta)</li>
<li>3 o 4 pomes golden</li>
<li>300 gr. de pastanagues</li>
<li>un grapat de canonges</li>
<li>2 alvocats</li>
<li>Vinagre balsàmic de Mòdena</li>
<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva extra</li>
</ul>
<h4>Preparació de l&#8217;amanida de cargols</h4>
<ol>
<li>Bullir els cargols amb aigua i un pessic de sal.</li>
<li>Tallar les pomes per la meitat, treure el cor i partir-les en rodanxes fines.</li>
<li>Pelar els alvocats, retirar l&#8217;os i tallar en làmines. Pelar també les pastanagues i rallar-les.</li>
<li>Treure els cargols del foc i refredar-los amb aigua freda.</li>
<li>Per montar l&#8217;amanida, col·locar les rodanxes de poma al fil d&#8217;una safata, a sobre les làmines d&#8217;alvocat, al centre els cargols i la ralladura de les pastanagues per sobre. Adornar amb les canonges i amanir amb la sal, el vinagre i l&#8217;oli.</li>

<h4>Ingredients per a la lasanya d&#8217;espinacs, tomàquet i xampinyons (2 persones)</h4>
<ul>
<li>6 plaques per a lasanya</li>
<li>3-4 tomàquets</li>
<li>300 grams d&#8217;espinacs (frescs o congelats)</li>
<li>150 grams de xampinyons en làmines</li>
<li>1 ceba gran</li>
<li>1 culleradeta d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva</li>
<li>Formatge ratllat</li>
<li>Un pessig de sal</li>
</ul>

<h4>Preparació de la lasanya d&#8217;espinacs, tomàquet i xampinyons</h4>
<ol>
<li>Preescalfar el forn a 170-180º</li>
<li>Posar les plaques de lasanya en aigua calenta durant 10 minuts per hidratar-les (segons indiqui al paquet)</li>
<li>Si els espinacs són congelats, bullir-los per a tenir-los apunt.</li>
<li>En una paella, fer la ceba al gust.</li>
<li>Un cop feta la ceba, a la mateixa paella podem saltejar una mica els xampinyons (segons el punt de cocció que us agradi), afegint una mica de sal.</li>
<li>Tallar els tomàquets en làmines fines.</li>
<li>Un cop tenim tots els ingredients a punt, anem muntant la lasanya amb les plaques, per exemple: placa, tomàquets, espinacs, ceba i xampinyons.</li>
